Kevin G. Libby
Kevin G. Libby , a native of Massachusetts, earned his B.S. from the United States Military Academy, an M.A. from Boston University, and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. He served on active duty with the U.S. Army, Berlin from 1971 to 1975. He was admitted to practice in all courts in Maine and Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court, Maine and Massachusetts in 1979.
Mr. Libby is currently a member of the Cumberland County, Maine State and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and Maine Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Libby’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, professional negligence, property and product liability, as well as family and domestic law.
